Rezept

  
 

*Zutaten

 
 
250cc      Essig
75cc        Wasser
5g           Zucker
5g            Salz
5-10  Pfefferkörner
1        Lorbeerblatt 
 
 

*Zubereitung

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1. Gemüse schneiden und blanchieren (ungefähr 30 Sekunden bis 1 Minute) 
          
 Die Gurken, Tomaten und den Paprika kocht man nicht, die legt man nur  in  den Essig ein.
 
 
  
 

 
 
 
 2. Essig, Wasser, Zucker, Pfefferkörner und das Lorbeerblatt aufkochen und kalt werden lassen .
 

 
 
3. Gläser randvoll mit der kochenden Flüssigkeit füllen. Sofort verschließen.
 
Da ich es nicht so sauer mag, habe ich nicht nur Essig verwendet, sondern ihn etwas mit Wasser verdünnt.

Wenn Du das Gemüse so einlegst, ist es dann aber höchstens 1-2 Wochen haltbar.
Du kannst natürlich das Mengenverhältnis von Essig und Wasser verändern, wie auch die Menge der Zutaten.

Jinbocho is known as Tokyo's center of used-book stores.
There are about 200 book stores in Jinbocho.
 
 
 

 
Many reasonable books are sold in front of each stores.
The price is from about 1 doller to 10 doller
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
There are big bookshelves outside stores.
 
 
 

 
 
 





Jodo course in Tokyo





 
 






 I took a Jodo (marcial arts using a stick)  course in Tokyo.
About 400 from all over Japan participated in that course.

Night wedding in Osaka



 
 
I attended my friend's wedding party this weekend.It started at 18:30. This restaurant is on the 37th floor!so we enjoyed a nigtht view in Osaka.
